Lynn F. Samuels

A co-founder of the firm and former Counsel, Lynn F. Samuels has retired. A graduate of Hunter College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts, Ms. Samuels graduated from Hofstra Law School with distinction, where she served as a member of the Hofstra University Law Review and wrote "Delaware Re-Examines Its Merger Laws: New Protection For Minority Shareholders," 6 Hofstra Law Review 973 (1978). Ms. Samuels also received an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.

Previously, Lynn limited her practice to appeals, commercial law, and tax litigation.
